"Great location but still was quiet at night. Super easy to get to all main locations in kyoto. The room was huge and plenty of room to open luggage. I liked how the toilet was separate from the shower. "

"We had a decent sized twin room that was very comfortable, but a bit on the “smallish” size since we were traveling with 2 big suitcases. The hotel is in good location, with easy access to public transportation, shopping, dining and some top sights. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They allowed us to check in 2 hours early, which was a nice gesture. A major plus is that they had coin operated laundry rooms on 2 floors. Another plus was that in the evenings, 6 days a week, they had a Maiko perform a couple of dances in the hotel lobby plus allowed guests the opportunity to take photos with her. They also have live music available on Friday evenings. This is definitely a hotel I would return to on a future visit to Kyoto. "
