We had a room on the first floor and could hear EVERYTHING outside which made it hard to sleep. Overall it was a good space, clean, and great location.

Good enough for one night but funnily I didn't manage to sleep properly there

We had a good experience with the customer service—they were responsive and polite whenever we reached out. Unfortunately, the apartment itself was very disappointing and did not match the expectations set by the listing. The air conditioning was not working properly, the floors were dirty when we arrived, there was mold in the shower, and the toilet seat had what appeared to be old stains on it. To make matters worse, we saw a roach before we left. While we appreciate the staff’s kindness and willingness to communicate, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property need significant improvement. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.

Staff were lovely and welcoming. The room was nice and clean, and bed was very comfy, the shutters and curtains did a great job of making the room dark. We particularly loved the cold water fountain and glass water bottle in the room! Very handy in a hot country

The room was quite small for a double and the walls were marked and dirty so could do with a refresh. Good location for the beach and the Centre was fairly close up a hill about 10 to 15 mins walk. Food was good with plenty of choice. Roof top terrace was a good spot for food and drinks.
