The room was big, clean, with a nice view. However, it was said to be lockers at the basement, so if we arrived early, we can leave the luggage there. But there were only two lockers for the whole building, and they were always occupied until we left. This is kind of funny, since people should bring their luggage into their room after they checked in. Those lockers are either fake, or someone that is not living in this building took those for their own use.

Möjligen kan info förbättras om hur exempelvis belysningen i rummet sätts igång. Det här var mitt första besök hos er och jag uppmärksammade inte att det finns ett jack för en plastbricka på insidan vid dörren. Tack för den förståelse och service jag fick, eftersom jag hade behövt göra en tilläggsbokning för dagen före min ordinarie bokning. Jag hade från början tänkt ta bilen upp till Stockholm för en helgkurs , men när jag ångrade mig med bilen och det visade sig att det inte gick något tåg på lördagen där jag skulle komma i tid till min helgkurs behövde jag boka hotellrum från fredag till lördag. Problemet var då initialt att det inte gick att få samma rum vid tilläggsbokning och fick då rådet av er support att be er personal att få erhålla samma rum andra. Uppskattar verkligen att det gick att ordna.
