The location is good, close to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, tram stations, etc. The carpet, the sofa and the balcony area were not cleaned well. It casted a bit pressure to me because it's the resident's responsibility to check the wellness of everything in the room and to take photos and report any damage found within the first 16 hrs.
