Macau SAR Pet-friendly Vacations

Great hotel but out of the way for convenience. That's the only drawback. Besides that the restaurant and all the staff at the hotel are awesome.

Property is well appointed with excellent location and good facilities, however, below average customer service with mistakes made at check-in and check-out spoilt the overall experience. Hotel caters almost exclusively to Chinese tourists, which is expected, but worth noting that English speaking skills of staff are limited and the food options are also very limited towards local tastes.

We didn’t like the fact that the bar closed at 7.00 pm, too early if you’ve been out for the day. Lovely room and facilities. Very attentive staff, in particular Patrick, who was extremely helpful.

Johnny very nice guy and he knows english very well which was great, its very hard to find someone in macau who can speak english.

Nearby bus stops and breakfast places that are quite cheap. Bakeries are open nearby too. Fast food also available and supermarket as well. Hotel provides free transfer to the airport which was a definite plus since we brought many luggage and not easy to go airport in normal public transport. Timing for the last transfer was perfectly timed with our departure as well. Nice feature. Hotel looked outdated and needed to be renovated to make it look new and fresh. Staff are friendly especially the concierge. Great work guys!
