Excellent location. Close to Times Square and all the attraction.

The Staff was Awesome. Plenty of parking. Rooms were emaculent as usual.

Location is great here. Rooms do not give that clean look I’m use to seeing in hotels. Doors in my room were dirty. Nothing a quick wipe down at cleaning couldn’t help. Carpet looked filthy was not comfortable without my shoes. Showers could have used a good scrub down. Water would back up in shower as well. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful.

Everything was great, the lobby was very nice, the bar/restaurant was excellent. A little taken aback at first that the breakfast buffet was $24 per person when we thought it was included, but the food was good and frequently replenished. Front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating. And you get warm cookies and water on check-in, what could be better.

Fantastic staycation! The spa was awesome and experience overall was solid. Would definitely stay here again!

Bar and drink in the evening. Front desk was friendly and very attentive. Allowed me to late checkout as my ride was picking me up later than noon.

You book this hotel for the location. Amenities, service are ok. People are friendly and willing to help but some thing are just the way they are. AC don’t work all the time, when it did it produced a high pitched noise, there was this flashing light right above the bed that was seemingly random in its blinking pattern sometimes really bright other times not noticeable. Our first room had a view of construction equipment, second room on floor 10 was a lot better. TV stopped working after first night, two asks to fix nothing changed. It was really nice to be able to drink from the taps in the bathroom.
