We had an excellent stay at the Palazzo Castri. From the moment we checked in, the staff were very friendly and welcoming. We enjoyed the spa amenities after a long day of walking and visiting the sites. The breakfast was plentiful and varied. The hotel is located a short walk from everything, and even the train station. We would definitely return to this location.

Pool was freezing ruined my daughters birthday trip staff did not seem to care and stood around talking in the spa area after being told we could'nt use the pool as it was too busy but when we got through there were 2 people in it! No doubt because the pool was so cold.
