Amazing staff and services. Location is central to most major attractions in the heart of Paris- we mostly walked everywhere, but it it also very close to metro stations, so easy to take public transportations when we chose to use them. We had the best time staying at Castille Paris.

Everything was great and the hotel was very nice. It’s just the little details that kept me from giving 5 stars. It sounded like construction or maintenance all hours late at night. And the electronics were outdated so we could not connect to the TV for Netflix. but please know! Everything else was wonderful and the breakfast was the best breakfast we have ever had in a hotel. The staff were amazing and I would recommend this place to everyone

Our room was a twin Executive which was warm and inviting. Linen and toiletries were of a high standard. The executive dining floor was excellent. A plentiful buffet at breakfast and a much appreciated ‘happy hour’ in the evenings with nibbles and alcoholic drinks. The staff were helpful and very pleasant. A good location next to the CAT train direct from the airport. All in all a very good choice of hotel for us on our first visit to Vienna. Thank you.

Staff was very friendly. A simple breakfast was offered for an additional charge. Able to walk to dinner. The room was comfortable. They only offered soap in the bathroom - no shampoo, conditioner, or body lotion, though.
