Great. Valet app/link somewhat challenging to negotiate but otherwise great

Was assured several times the bar was open until 11. Went to the chiefs Texans game and needless to say I needed a drink after the game. Got there at 10:45 and the bartender said she already called last call and wouldn't make us a drink. So no, the bar is NOT open till 11. Hyatt down the street has a bar open till 12 and they don't call last call at 11:30

My stay would have been better if there wasn’t marijuana smell on my floor , I was sick at my stomach and a migraine for two days. I called twice to the front desk, FINALLY the night manager said I’ll move you, which I had to do by MYSELF. I was hoping for a little more than what I received for the inconvenience, perhaps a free night stay off my bill. For the amount I spent on my room at least they could have done was a night or two compensation. I mean come on, I was missable for two days. This is my second year coming and would like to come back next year, but I’m hoping I get treated better and with a better view than I had the first 3 days I had, Sat and Sun nights were better and the view was beautiful looking over the square with the lights. I’m just hoping that I’m treated better next year.

Front desk staff was very nice and efficient. Will be interested to see what rooms look like after remodel starting in a couple weeks.

Customer service was good. Room key cards were temperamental and worked half the time.
