Very beautiful property overall and great location! The one bedroom suite was perfect for our family of 4 with two teens. Really loved the restroom in our suite. Huge and had some nice upgrades like motion censored lights when you entered. The outside walking path was wonderful along the coast, and we took advantage of that. Staff was extremely helpful and I left a ballcap one day at the beach and one of the beach staff members kept it safe for me. Our 16 year old also lost her AirPod case which thankfully was personalized and the hotel found that for us as well. The free shuttle service to other nearby resorts and dinner spots was great. The staff at Pilina was terrific. The Pizza in the market was a hit and our teens enjoyed it multiple times. The server at Ko was great and high energy and helped customize our meal choices. Some areas for improvement- the hotel did not offer any fresh green juices. We like to have those in the morning at breakfast and there wasn’t any on the entire premises. Also, the cabanas were all in loud areas around the main pools with kids screaming in the pool and throwing balls that were hitting our chairs. We reserved 4 days of cabanas and finally cancelled day 4 because they just weren’t relaxing in the locations they were placed in. We have a 16 and 17 year old and when we booked the 4 cabanas we asked to book them at the adult pool but were told no since our kids aren’t 18. Terrible. Our kids are quiet so this was a miss. Great trip otherwise!

Felt more like a Marriott than a Ritz. Hotel is okay, pool heater was out for the week, room was somewhat worn, AC was noisy. Not the same level of Ritz or Four Season's for the cost that I expect. Not a bad experience but not worth the cost compared to other 5 stars. I would not stay there again.

Loved everything about our stay at the Wailea Beach Resort. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, yoga class by the ocean, bike rentals, plenty of pools to choose from (including quiet adult pool and family-friendly one with water slides), delicious drinks and buffet breakfast. Great location in Wailea and just a few steps to the shopping center and other Wailea hotels and restaurants. Highly recommend.

This resort was great! Great pools, great food, great entertainment, close to the outdoor mall for shopping and sweet treats, beach was amazing (a little windy but clean and close to the resort). Location of this property was really good. Only negative i would say was the original room we booked was in the main part the hotel (room was a little older and smaller which made it tighter for our family but the A/C was great). The 2nd room we moved to was on the north tower and it came with the “lounge”. The lounge was worth every penny of the upgrade. Let me repeat “worth every penny”. The lounge provided a complementary breakfast and dinner every day with a different menu each day. It also had snacks and beverage area for complementary mid day snacks/drinks. Our kids loved it so much. There was a bar in the lounge with perfect views to watch the sunset each day. Would definitely go back to this resort.

We stayed in a lower level bungalow. I really liked the open layout of the bungalow part of the property. The cocktails and food were really delicious and way better than food at The mega resorts. My only complaint is the $40 a night parking fee and the thinness of the walls where you could hear everything the other people were doing. Luckily everyone would go to bed early so just something to think about with young kids.

We had a beach view balcony and the room was very clean. We stayed a week and the great staff cleaned daily. Every one was very friendly and helpful. The parking is valet and your car is always ready when you need it.
