Room was pretty worn in but mostly clean. Some fixtures were slightly broken but useable. The pool area was the main view from our room, however, we didn't use it. Visually the area needed a good pressure washing on the patio and the cabanas/furniture. Our windows were very dirty on the outside which dampened the view. Staff seemed nice - we didn't interact with anyone directly since we did express check in and out. Decent property - didn't stand out for the price. Lobby ameneties were average and better maintained than the rooms.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was truly impressed by the staff — everyone was attentive, kind, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. Their service and attitude were definitely the highlight of my experience. However, I was disappointed with the room maintenance. The toilet was not functioning properly, and the phone in the room didn’t work, which made it difficult to contact the front desk. These issues took away from what could have been a perfect stay. Overall, the staff made a great impression, but the hotel needs to improve its maintenance and ensure that all facilities are in proper working order. With a few fixes, this place could easily become an excellent choice
