Near West End Pet-friendly Vacations

The property was clean and conveniently located. Staff was courteous and prompt. Hotel wifi did not operate as advertised and the breakfast was disappointing as numerous items on the menu were unavailable

The location is great and the rooms are clean and nicely appointed. However there’s one space on the curb to pull over and check in, and that was occupied so we had to drive a block and a half away and lug our bags back to the hotel. The lobby is tiny as is the alcove where you check in. Two large disorganized parties ahead of us; nowhere to sit or really even get out of the way of their mountains of luggage. Our room was on the third floor. Major renovations going on and they were working on the 4th floor, so constant hammering and drilling. No mention of this when we made our reservation. According to the website the hotel restaurant serves breakfast but it was locked up tight in the morning. If we had known about the noisy construction going on, we would have booked elsewhere.

Questionable neighborhood. Spaces in hotel seemed tired. Staff was attentive and upbeat.

Excellent customer service. Our flight landed early and they let us check in before noon with no problem. Super clesb
