Delightful people, location, village. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. As you find All over Europe, the showers are small.

To be honest, the only good thing about this property is the beach. The hotel looks nothing like the pictures on its website. The bungalows are dirty and run-down, and the rooms are not properly cleaned. When I arrived, there was sand on my bedroom floor from a previous guest, and the telephone still had dried food residue on it. If you're traveling from the USA, I would only recommend staying here if affordability is your top priority. If you can spend a little more, I strongly suggest doing so. After traveling 15 hours, it was very disappointing to arrive at a poorly maintained property with subpar service. The guy that worked the beach had good customer service. Crete is a wonderful place but this place almost ruined my summer vacation luckily I spent as much time off the property as humanly possible smh

Excellent location.

Best hotel on the island with a great team, lovely rooms and facilities.. Breakfast is delicious and there are many options on the menu. The property is so well located literally a few blocks from the beach. Everyone was so helpful and warm and made my stay so special. I hope to come back again

Beautiful property with amazing views. Staff were very pleasant and the daily breakfast was 10/10
