Fantastisk frukost, underbar utsikt, enda tråkiga är parkeringen i garaget. Trångt, ett riktigt överpris för det läget och krånglig betalning. Ett stort minus på det!

Bed was squeaky and dated and breakfast room was understaffed and at times not able to provide even basic utensils and clean table. But location was excellent and staffs (especially the front desk) were exceptional

I only stay at Bank Hotel when I visit Stockholm. Everything about it is of the highest standard, no detail goes unnoticed. The staff are friendly and wonderful, the breakfast provided is outstanding.

This was my second stay at Hotel Skeppsholmen and it was a far inferior experience than my first. One of the hotel's main attraction is the designs and furniture in the rooms. The designs were neither functional nor aesthetically pleasing. The tv could be turned on by my neighbour's remote (staff finally came to pull the power plug). There was a mini fridge that doubled as a bedside table which felt warm in the evening. The wall light above the headboard was also oddly located. The bathroom had a strange smell. The sheets had a smell too so I made sure to pull those out before checking out to ensure they were changed for the next guests. The view and breakfast is nice but there are plenty of better choices in Stockholm.

The room was big, clean, with a nice view. However, it was said to be lockers at the basement, so if we arrived early, we can leave the luggage there. But there were only two lockers for the whole building, and they were always occupied until we left. This is kind of funny, since people should bring their luggage into their room after they checked in. Those lockers are either fake, or someone that is not living in this building took those for their own use.

Really clean apartment :) first apartment hotel I've been to that actually had good utensils and stuff in the apartment. It also had rituals shampoo. I even think it was ha "Hästen" bed :o it was so comfortable

Great location. Great room. Fantastic service. Maybe you will hear the noise from the night club nearby.
