The staff were helpful, and I sincerely thank them for that. Issue is noise from the nightclub. I moved from 3rd floor to 5th floor and was still woken up around 1pm and could not get to sleep each evening. You really need to avoid this hotel.

We had a brilliant 10 night stay at the hotel and would certainly recommend it. We had booked the all inclusive package and we are so glad we did to ensure that all expense was covered and we didn’t have to worry about how much we were spending. We made great use of the restaurants available and would recommend a visit to them all, we loved the pizza restaurant and the lunch menu at the Horizon pool bar was tremendous. The quality of drinks available was excellent, all branded soft drinks and alcohol. We were a family of four and I was worried about the space in the room with the addition of the rollaway bed before we arrived. I didn’t need to, there was plenty of space and indeed the rooms were very clean and the staff maintained this throughout our stay. We did find a slight issue with some of the other guests, particularly children running a bit wild but the hotel responded brilliantly and sorted it out. The breakfast was of a high standard and the staff couldn’t help enough with coffees etc. This applies to all of the hotel staff, everyone couldn’t do enough to make our stay enjoyable.
