“Room was not cleaned nor bins emptied during our 3 night stay. Toiletries not replenished( just 2 sachets of shampoo). Meals were like school dinners- queue up,food added to your plate, return plate to serving table having emptied any leftovers in bin. Food not haut cuisine, and very carb heavy. Deluxe tents were excellent. Well equipped with plentiful sockets. lovely private bathroom en-suite with shower basin and loo. Lacked tea and coffee making facilities and robes . Everywhere needed a……

“The lobby receptionists and the hotel’s internal staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and always willing to help. In contrast, there was quite a noticeable difference in attitude compared to the staff at the hotel shuttle point (parking area).
If you are not renting a car, I would recommend booking the hotel’s tour packages directly. The shuttle point is some distance from Wadi Rum village (about a 20-minute drive), and the transfer from the shuttle point(parking area) to the hotel itself……
