The staff were very helpful and spoke English. The only downsides were 1) The television cable did not work 2) The bath tub backed up water onto the floor from the floor drain itself. 3) The beds were not comfortable. All in all, we had a terrific time. It is simply gorgeous, beautifully designed and decorated as you have not seen anywhere ( the architect recreated the design and decor of the houses as they were 200 years ago). The hotel is surrounded by vineyards, and has a huge beautiful terrace to soak up the view. We had dinner and breakfast there, which was all homemade and delicious. Search no more. "If you’re looking for a hotel, that is clean, spacious, warm and inviting this is the place for you. It has the perfect location to be out of the way but close enough to all of Kastoria and surrounding villages. Staff were kind and exceptional. Everyone was extremely helpful, courteous and made us feel like we were home. Rooms are spacious, constantly clean and replenished with towels daily. We had a simple corner suite that didn’t overlook much in a view but it was quiet all day long...
