Indonesia Spa Vacations

You get what you pay for and that’s fair enough. What I wasn’t expecting: 1. The forever having to chase the front of house to service the room. 2. The lack of sleep due to the walls being paper thin so my neighbours snoring was next level let alone their need to let someone called Sarah on the phone know all about their previous day at 6:30am. 3. The pool area is tiny and well if you aren’t a smoker it’s really quite an unpleasant experience and the entitlement of people was out of this world all on their mobile speakers talking, playing their own music etc. 4. Now this isn’t the hotels fault but if you’re below the age of 40 this hotel isn’t for you as it was just retirees and alike. 5. Breakfast is ok but having to pay extra for a long black when I’d already paid for the buffet breakfast was a tad cheeky. 6. Stated they had a gym online but when I got their the gym was just full of mattresses as they are renovating and had no other options which was disappointing and annoying.

A gorgeous resort in an amazing location. We stayed six nights in a pool villa and loved everything! Three beautiful pools with always enough pool lounges, delicious food at all the restaurants and wonderful caring staff. Happy hour watching the sun set was a highlight and I want to thank Diana for her very relaxing massage and both Customer Experience Managers who made sure we were well looked after. We enjoyed watching the surfers out front and walking along the lovely quiet beach and the lush gardens surrounding the resort. We had a great time and would love to return .

Lovely spacious room. Nice pools. Not sure why they don’t number the tables in the restaurant. The staff were mostly great at remembering what you ordered (though I did have to ask for a coffee 4 times one morning) but table numbers would make it so much easier for them.

The room was clean , the staff excellent and very friendly and helpful , the restaurants on the grounds were excellent . The breakfast that was included outstanding , also they have a gelato place on the grounds too .

Pool was so heavily chlorinated in the villa I couldnt put my head under water and I regularly swim so am used to chemicals. Also lots of annoying bits in villa, plug in bath didnt work and it took two attempts to get it fixed. The shower then couldnt be turned past a point. And we ended up plugging the microwave in the bedroom because the sockets in kitchen didnt work but we didnt want maintenance out as we had already had the coffee machine fixed. Breakfast was great Kids loved kids club and the staff everywhere were very kind. Pool and cocktails were great.

Great resort located perfectly with shopping, bars and eaterys at your finger tips. Beach only 10 min walk and food at the Lokha absolutely brillant. Staff with very friendly and helpful.
