Weekend getaways in Lincoln

Anna and Ian were wonderful hosts. Room and bed were very comfortable. Good breakfast options.

We had a difficult time getting checked in, as there was no one there when we arrived and my US phone had a hard time connecting to the posted UK number. But the owner arrived soon and everything was great! The restaurant is very unique with lots of antiques, and the food was fabulous! Breakfast was made to order and fabulous!! I highly recommend!

This was a wonderful stay. The property was beautifully done with such gorgeous touches, Including the fresh loaf of bread and homemade granola! The grounds were stunning, and I love wildlife photography so was a real haven for me with a real focus to everything being wildlife friendly and eco friendly! Hotel located in the heart of old Lincoln. Short walk to Lincoln Cathedral. Food was good and the staff were friendly.

Beautiful place, ideal location, not for the faint hearted if you don’t like hills! Would definitely stay again ☺️

Lovely one night stay. Car parking reserved, very close to hotel. All staff we encountered were very helpful. Bags left early before check in and were delivered to our rooms. Our room was on 3rd floor and although hard to find and very aptly named ‘cosy double’ it was very comfortable and of a very good standard with a good view of the cathedral. Elemis toiletries, coffee machine & kettle with milk and water provided in fridge. Large comfortable bed, at least king size with good quality linen...

Very nice location - in a wealthy enclave. Excellent footpath along a canal takes you most of the way into Lincoln (3-4 mile walk). Great pub, decent food. If you want up market restaurants, there are a few within a 5 minute walk in the neighboring area. Quite area, nice and clean.

Great location for the cathedral and castle, close to transportation. Very good breakfast with friendly staff.

I spent most of my time there sleeping but the food I did have was quite good if a little plain.
