Weekend getaways in Wesley Chapel

I would like to add that Zee was and is always amazing. She makes sure that you are satisfied at every turn. She has assisted my family many times when we had to alter our plans, be it adding a night or departing early. Thanks Zee for greeting us every morning when we're heading out for the day. You make our mornings wonderful.

Easy check in. Helpful staff. Room has great space and even a kitchen area. Food and drinks from the restaurant were great. Breakfast was also good

Booked a regular queen room for 4 people and we were upgraded to the queen deluxe when we got there. Room was very clean and staff was professional

Friendly, attentive staff. The hotel is new to the area and accommodations were generally excellent. The shower doors are our only complain. The seal did not stop water from leaking onto the bathroom floor; it can be dangerous stepping out of the shower.

We were there for an event that needed a large meeting room and this facility can handle a lot of people. . The food was very good and was on time and the staff that served us was very good and my only complaint was if I wanted a bottle of water or diet Coke there was no way to pay for it except in line at the check-in station and the check-in station usually had two or three people waiting to check in. Overall not bad. Weird mildew smell though. The room was nice, bed was comfortable, the lobby was well kept and clean. The staff was helpful. Perfect for what we needed for a night.

Our stay was absolutely Great!! my hubby and I had a problem with check-in due to their availability from a website that we booked the room on but the front desk manager named Gus took great care of us. He was so kind and considerate and we truly appreciated him. We were tired and ready to go in and just rest and Gus came through for my husband and I. If hubby and I are in Tampa again,, We will be staying at Wood Springs suites, because of the service that Gus provided to us when we were there...

Great hotel, great staff

Property was very clean. Staff and front desk were very friendly.

A bit outdated but super comfortable and did its job of giving us a clean place to sleep! They are doing renovations which was a wee bit loud and wish we had known before booking but they were done before we went to bed so it didn’t affect sleep. The staff was excellent and kind!

My best friend and I were traveling to Tampa for business. We loved this hotel, and on a future trip to Tampa we will stay here again. We arrived very late on a Tuesday night, and the person at the front desk was able to check us in promptly. Unfortunately, there aren't any restaurants open at 2am near this hotel. Luckily, the hotel has a mini store with several options for snacks and quick meals. Also, the free water bottle we received upon check in was very refreshing and just what we needed...

Excellent hotel with great staff!

Everything was great!

Pool was not open and that was the main reason for booking this hotel. We were not notified or given notice that the pool was out of service prior to arriving. If we would have known we would have canceled and gone to a hotel with a pool. Very disappointed.

Staff at hotel was very helpful with scheduling our transport to the cruise terminal and offering advance concerning Ybor City!
