We were very comfortable in this clean and well appointed apartment with quality working appliances.

The Islington is a wonderful place to stay in Hobart. I was initially going to book downtown, but decided to try the Islington. I was very pleased with that decision. We had a great dinner at the property. The room was quite and comfortable, and we had a garden patio out our back door. The staff was very helpful, and the setting with the house and art work, makes you feel like you are staying with a rich relative that had very good taste.

We stayed two nights, separated by a two day, one night GBR snorkel trip. Jeannette very graciously allowed us to keep everything in our room for the extra night without having to pack and unpack again. VERY much appreciated. Room (#9) was huge with separate sitting area. Breakfast was modest, and it's a $20 taxi ride to town. Otherwise, a charming, comfortable place to stay.

The Henry Jones hotel is a lovely place to spend your days in Hobart. The rooms are large and have a nice view of the harbor. The staff is friendly and attentive. I would definitely stay here again if in Hobart.

Nice river view and calm

Great location and brand new hotel. Parking a car is not on-site which is a bit of a bummer but nice walkability and easy Hwy access. Very friendly and helpful staff.

6 nights which we loved but next time I will stay either @ the terraces or suites! Beautiful Hotel!

Everything about our stay was great EXCEPT on the last night from1230am till 4am neighbors played music that literally shook the building!!! I didn’t call the police since the owners lived next store.

The unit was well designed, tastefully furnished and quite comfortable, with a two story design that allowed for a spacious open area and functional kitchen, with the second level containing the two sufficiently large bedrooms and a bathroom. On site laundry was a definite plus and the complimentary laundry detergent was much appreciated. Great location. 10 min walk to see the little penguins. Large room and very comfortable Great price compared with everything else in the middle of Xmas vacations.
