Wow. Gable house was the most incredible place we have ever stayed. Such a beautiful property and the hosts were such amazing people!!! I would give it 100 stars if I could!!!

Hotels location was a quick drive to downtown Durango. We took advantage of the laundry, pool and breakfast facilities. All we're excellent. Room was spacious had plenty of room for our family of five. Clean, tidy and great service

My entire family loved this hotel. The hotel is two hotels, the Rochester on on side of the street and the Leland House on the other. We had two rooms in the Rochester located near the breakfast room. The rooms in the Rochester are all furnished and decorated in the theme of a Western filmed in the area. Check out time was 11am. We went to breakfast, when we came back at 9:30am they were already cleaning are room. I wish they would have waited until we checked out.

The Leland House exceeded our expectations. The property is beautiful. The rooms are very well designed and the beds are very comfortable. The location is perfect for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay in Durango. The check-in is very easy and the communication from the staff is excellent. I, whole heartedly, recommend the Leland House!

I love everything about this place! Whoever designed it really did everything to accommodate traveling. The space was used so well with places to hang and store things. Very pleasing and relaxing! Will definitely stay here next time in Durango ⛰️🥾♥️

Thank you for hosting my family and I! We all had such a great time on the property! Plenty of amenities and very close to convince stores and downtown. The Cabin we stayed in was well equipped with what we needed. Plenty of sleeping room, comfortable beds, pillows and sleeping sofa. Everything was clean and we had more than enough clean towels! Overall I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for more of a “camping” environment. Overall we will be staying here again!

Highly recommend, new hotel! Worth the money, good breakfast, great location, clean rooms, quiet, the pictures don’t lie and the beds/mattresses were not hard. Would def stay again. Typically we stay at Starwood Hotels, none in this town, but it felt like it and served its purpose.

Downtown property with garage parking was very convenient for our stay. Enjoyed it very much.

Was pleasantly pleased with the hotel. It had an efficiency kitchen with range, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishes. Room was clean and comfortable with lots of room. Climate control was excellent. I was surprised to see that there were no USB ports, to charge your electronic devices, so bring a 120V power converter.

Its right by the river, downtown, quiet, and has a great pool and hot tub. You can walk to a grocery store that has a Starbucks. It's close to everything and has tons of parking.

Great stay all around. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was yummy and the cappuccino was delicious. The employees were very friendly and helpful. My dad enjoyed the casino although the casino was very stingy with their winnings on the slot machines. Roulette was a blast. We had a great time.
