Hyatt Grand Central New York
"Very basic and overpriced. There was even no complimentary water in the room. Could not even find a seat or table to take a call in he public space. Breakfast costs 45 use, and the list goes on... My highest Hyatt disappointment by far.."

"I am UNHAPPY with EXPEDIA. I booked a 2 bed room with QUEEN beds. (choice was ONE KING or 2 queens) when i got there i had ONE bed - NOT a king - it was very small. The room was SO TINY. ALSO the AC did not work properly. SO they moved me the next day to a better room with still only one bed but ..."
