Staff were all nice and amazing! Hotel needs some improvements, but they are in the middle of renovations so hopefully it will be much nicer in the future!

The Royal Sonesta Kaua'i Resort Lihue
Beautiful resort. Front desk was easy to work with. I had a king size bed with a pool view and it was just right. Only issue I experienced was the bed; it was too stiff for my preference.

Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort and Spa
Fabulous resort! It’s huge – 52 acres – and has every amenity and water attraction that one could want. It is right on the beach and has many lovely videos too shop and eat and relax. The staff was available, courteous, friendly, helpful – I can’t say enough good things. I will be returning !

Kaua'i Palms Hotel
We only stayed one night but I loved the old Hawaiian feel. The room was very clean and well supplied. It is a very quaint Hawaiian hotel in a quiet part of town. The staff was very helpful.
