Overall the place was grubby, we didn't walk around in our bare feet. The linens were all scratchy, the pillows were flat and old. Bathroom shower was moldy, floors felt gross and the light fixture was covered in dust. The whole place smelled like cat urine (our allergies were terrible!), and we couldn't open the windows as there were no screen in them. The property as a whole was unkept, messy and run down.

Beautiful, quiet, comfortable hotel and (huge) room. The king suite with soaking tub and city view balcony was outstanding. The hotel owns and rents the best e-bikes ever for reasonable cost- perfect way to view the city.

Awesome for pet owners. Everything was good and the stuff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The only issue we had was with the parking. The stalls are a bit too tight.
