“Hunt's Run Hideaway is a lovely place. It's in an area with dark skies (bortle 2 to astronomy folks) and has a nice creek running by the yard. We enjoyed walking in the creek and sitting on rocks. There were a pair of kingfisher birds that were present every time we went down there. We also saw red-tail hawks and a bald eagle (thanks for having bird identification books in the house). The house is in a valley, so we didn't see stars down to the horizon from the yard, but there were places...

“My Dad and I rented the Bears Den for a Father -Son weekend getaway and I think we found our yearly go to destination. This place was great! If you’re looking to ride ATV’s or if you’re looking to just enjoy the quiet of the outdoors this is the place. The cabin was fantastic. It was cozy, comfortable and beautiful. The Host is absolutely wonderful. She checked in on us to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Thanks Donna! My Dad and I will definitely be booking the Bears...

“15 members of our family stayed at Rich Valley Estate from August 9-15 2025.Check in couldn't have been easier. “We were able to walk anywhere we wanted in town. Very short walk to both Straub’s brewery and also the tap room, Sheetz, breakfast spots, coffee shops, ice cream, playground for kids. The place was very cozy, and the bed was very comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!”
