“We had a truly wonderful stay at this Bear Lake home! We hosted a family reunion with 35 people ranging in age from toddlers to grandparents, and this home was perfect for everyone. The kids were in heaven with the bounce house in the garage, the wall with the marble run, the cozy little room under the stairs, the tetherball setup, and especially the sand pit under the deck slide—it kept them happily entertained for hours.The layout of the home worked beautifully for a large group. “Great place! Lots of room for everyone! It was very clean, but the housekeeping left a pile of sheets in the pull out room and there were so many snack wrappers and lost treats under the couch when we pulled out the bed. Not a big deal, because everything else was spot less!!! We loved how they thought of everything: beach towels, beach wagon and lots of sand toys. Inside there were a bunch of games and puzzles! We were never bored!”

“This property is very simple but has everything our family needed for a mountain bike race weekend. The place was clean and inviting. The kitchen is simple but perfect for quick meals that don’t require a stove/oven. The bunk bedroom was spacious and all the kids slept great. The access to both Garden City and Beaver Mountain resort was exactly what we were looking for. We couldn’t have asked for a better place for our needs. Would definitely book again in the future. ”
