“Overall, it was pretty good. The front desk service was excellent, and the location is in the city center. Although I occasionally heard drunken pedestrians making noise at night, I stayed on the 13th floor, so it was within an acceptable range. The room was a bit small, but it was sufficient for me alone. The only downside was the loud noise from the air conditioning unit, which made a distinct clicking sound, like an old plastic switch, every time it turned off automatically. This was quite……

The young desk attendant girl there was amazing, we told her we were going to a show at the venue and actually ended up coming back early because of elevation sickness, and she noticed right away and went above and beyond to make sure we were okay and that we didn't need anything else! Just wish I had gotten her name! Great staff and place to stay!”
