Cabe resaltar que también hubo algún tipo de confusión con el costo ya que la aplicación me daba un total y al momento de cancelar en el establecimiento, se me hizo un cobro más alto. "While checking on the hotel I was told to pay cash when my booking was clearly set with credit card. I had to go to a bank and withdraw cash and pay for a fee because of that. In general the service was good but then again I was expecting breakfast at 7am and personnel arrived to kitchen at 720am, we ended up 45minutes late for our trip of the day. Those small details made me angry"

Only after I showed them my confirmed booking did the receptionist stop trying to make me pay for one of their two remaining expensive rooms and referred to a superior.
