“I cannot say enough that is good about this hotel. The owner was so helpful. The breakfast buffet was excellent and when we needed to book for activities or travel he found better deals for us. The room was impeccable and the staff top notch. I don’t give reviews like this very often but I mean every word. ”

“Staff very helpful. Hotel a little bit dated but very clean. Near Sun Plaza Sapa train station, about 2 minute walk. ”

“The rooms were very clean, the hostel itself is beautifully decorated and has very good facilities available. The host is very sweet and extremely helpful when it comes to booking tours or just looking for recommendations in general. There’s even a cat roaming the home stay so if you’re lucky you might run into him!”

“Do read the other reviews rather than going by average rating... Our main complaint is why is it so noisy? The front door of the room was completely un-soundproofed, and the hotel plays some kind of loud announcement at 0600-0630am ish, apparently every day? Why?? But actually, we had a good night's sleep. The room is very attractively decorated.”

“This was the best place I stayed in Sapa. I felt really safe and the bed was really comfortable. Eric was super nice I he could help with everything you need and was also available all the time. The only bad thing was is was a bit lound from the hallway, but I will slept very well. If you want something safe, easy and relatively cheap I would definitely book it. ”
