“I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the cabin was! I read the positive reviews and felt comfortable staying there but didn’t realize how spacious and homey the cabin would feel! The beds were super comfortable, having a washer and dryer in the cabin was a pleasant surprise, and the quietness of the entire resort area was fantastic. Super spread out. Renting canoes, kayaks, and paddle boards was really easy. The cabin got a little warm during the day but the three box fans were a big help.”

“Great little place with close locations to many outdoor activities. Inside is nicely done as photos show. Overall great place to stay! Notes: As for food prep there is a grill and toaster oven but no microwave. There is a shower but no towels. Bathroom had a window but with no curtain or blinds. Just a couple things noticed.”

“This home in the Timbers had good access to Windrow trail (3’ walk in ski boots). Home was clean and well stocked and pictures are accurate. Bedrooms are cozy and living spaces comfortable. Host Ryan was excellent with timely communication and support. While a major storm impacted our check-in, he made us whole with a generous compensation”

“Spent the weekend in Rangle skiing, the place was ideally located not far from town, and an IGA for any groceries, and short drive to the mountain. Heather was responsive and helpful welcoming us with comfy beds, board games, ping pong, and local recs”

“We had a wonderful time in spite of gray skies and rain. The cabin was cozy and we loved hearing the ducks in the morning and the loon in the evening. Even had a family of deer with 2 fawns in the yard eating apples. Being right on the water was great for relaxing and enjoying the quiet which was what I needed! Walked into town in between rain showers, ate a lot of good food and ice cream! Would definitely come back again!”

“The entire process was SO easy, my first Vrbo! Reaching the host was easy, always got a quick reply and a simple answer for my questions. Im not sure Ive EVER stayed some place as perfect (for my boyfriend and I) as 200 Berlin Rd. We will 100% stay here again, if available on our next trip. If you dont book, simply to say you stayed in a shipping container, YOU are missing out! Thanks to the host(s) once again! ”

“Our family enjoyed a wonderful vacation at Golden Smelt. We have been renting VRBO properties for decades and this is by far the best stay we have ever had. The cabin is brand new, and was stocked with everything we needed to make our stay special. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen, the comfortable beds, the stylish decor, the ample parking spaces, and of course the incredible views of mountains and lake. We loved sitting at the dining table next to the wall of windows that face the lake....

“The rental process was straightforward and clear. The property was great. We wish we could have spent more time exploring the area, but we were there for a wedding weekend and too busy to just enjoy the views. But it was close to Sugarloaf and would have been a great place to land after a day of hiking. The house was well-stocked and I can’t say enough good things about Alaina, the owner who was our contact. She made sure that we knew how to contact her if we needed anything and her response...
