The buffet lunch and dinners were basically the same foods every day for both meals (and not very good), the snack bar offered terrible sandwiches with cold/old fries, and although its 'all-inclusive', there is an upcharge for a lot of things (for example, there's an appealing gelato station at the snack bar with 16 flavors of ice cream, but the only ice cream included in the all-inclusive is a tiny vanilla or strawberry frozen ice cream...

Angela also made timely reservations for my taxi back to airport. Apartments are clean, safe, and has a restaurant, AC, large size, two balconies, kitchen, working fridge, TV. "There are so many better options of places to stay in Menorca. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable. The design was cheap and designed only to look good in photos. Parking is far away and difficult to access. The hotel has no staff, and the overall experience was very cold. I wasn’t sent arrival information on Expedia, and I had to wait 20 minutes on the street. To operate a code hotel takes fine attention to details, and this property did not deliver. "
