“Amagatay is a peaceful oasis in rural Menorca. The hotel and surrounding grounds are stunning. We both felt incredibly relaxed after a spending a couple of days there in the tranquil setting. The service was excellent, with the friendly staff always on hand to help or provide recommendations. My partner had a massage there and said it was one of the best she ever had. “A special thank you to the great staff at Starbal villa, they have all been very helpful in eg booking a taxi, making us feel welcome from arrival 7h before check-in. You can order an omelette or/and a crepe for breakfast and get it hot from the kitchen made after your preferences.”

“When we first arrived it was late and on getting into the room we were a little disappointed; it’s very basic with no tea/coffee facilities and the mattress on the bed is extremely thin and hard. It was clean, but just felt a bit bare and tired - my partner likened it to staying at your nans house! However, we started relaxing into the place after the first day. You are welcomed by lovely staff at the reception who are very helpful and informative, they take you to your room which were of excellent standard. The pool area is wonderful, quiet and relaxing. They have a restaurant which has a simple choice of food which we found very good. Breakfast time again is of simple food but again very good. All the staff are friendly and helpful, we would highly recommend a stay.”
