Very polite staff, great amenities, especially for children. Lovely location, right on the coast with a nice promenade in front but no beach worth mentioning! Le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. The daytime and evening entertainment was average, and the food quality ranged from average to below average. It was our first time going to a Riu hotel and we will certainly be going back, I work in hospitality so I know how hard it is , and I could tell that the staff all mix in together brilliant and thank you for an amazing time with entertainment every night perfect . Vu la situation de l’hôtel il est préférable de louer une voiture si vous voulez explorer l’île.
