"This location is falsely advertised on booking websites and does not provide clear and transparent description of where it is located. We were charged for a room the was not utilized. The location displayed on the booking websites shows in Raches but it is actually located in Agios Kirykos. This was only discovered after a non-refundable booking was completed. Horrible experience - PLEASE stay away. "

"This is a pristine and well designed property with every little detail thought and attended to and then some. Everything is functioning properly. The host is polite, contactable and helpful with local recommendations. The location is fantastic right above the Evdilos port a short walk from the cafes and restaurants. Would definitely stay again on the next visit to Ikaria. "

"Idyllic location. Host very informative during our stay. Our third night was comfortable sleeping but earlier sleeping was difficult without air conditioning as advertised. Too hot. We were travelling between the Aegean islands and therefore relying on using the washing machine but despite being advertised there is no machine. Martine did offer to wash our clothes but I’d prefer to wash my own. There was no microwave as advertised. No essentials provided on arrival. We stayed out from morning until late evening so didn’t use the electric oven. You need to switch the control on in the consumer unit we discovered on departure. Nice little restaurants in the port and village. "

"Friendly and helpful staff, the owners too, nice breakfast, and best view ever!! I would of liked to give 5 stars but the beds are bit too hard and not enough pillows for a stay of more than 2 nights. You're better to have a car or scooter rental, as taxis need to be prearranged. Walking is doable, but it's a very steep hike from village to the hotel."

"Air conditioning/heating unit never worked in bedroom. Otherwise everything was good. People were really nice and friendly. Loved the cuisine. Explored the island Evdilos, Agios, Pigi and Raches. The roads are unique, too say the least. Locals have invited me back, we will see. "

"We were all sitting just before 8 PM, on the stone couch, the sea on our right, watching the sun sinking behind the mountain, and see the moon coming up. Mostly with a coctail in our hands. In Stoneworld you won't find any luxuary, only the base is there, running water, a little gas to cook on, a tiny bathroom and good matrasses. But the peace of the beautiful nature surrounding you, the sound of the crickets and birds, the silence, the stars so bright, the fresh figs every morning, are utterly relaxing. For shore we will visit Stoneworld again. It is a magical place."
