"Paradise! We stayed twice for 3 days each time (we rebooked after our first stay).
We had an ocean view bungalow for each stay - we even had whale sightings on a couple of occasions!! The bungalow was perfectly rustic in tropical conditions - those expecting bug free, A/C perfectly clean rooms beware.
The bungalow was very comfortable with a ceiling fan - that with the open door/windows with ocean breeze we slept well! Location is remote/residential so we felt safe. Bedding and bed was comfortable. Friendly dogs at the property but at night they and the neighbourhood dogs could start their barking concerts - but we found that everywhere in FP with so many dogs. But no roosters around crowing in AM at least!
There was a small fridge in the bungalow, everything else kitchen related was in a communal kitchen. We made our coffee and cooked meals there (small place so we never had to wait).
There was a nice stony beach in front we explored - water shoes would have been safer than our flip flops! There is a sheltered spot in front for swimming/snorkeling. It was small but there was some nice fish and some coral - even an octopus!
Beautiful sunset and sunrise views!

"The young family are excellent hosts. It was a real surprise
The father is a real chef from France and the Tahitian mom has trained in hotel and speaks excellent English. They live on a small farm where they grow everything they cook. They make their own soap. The little cabin you stay in has everything you might need. Very congenial people. Every meal was an experience. I would go back in a heartbeat. Very clean and has a lovely pool

"Host was nice and communicated very well with me. The villa was nice and clean. Bedrooms have a/c. Living room had working tv and the kitchen has everything we needed to cook and cut food items with. "
"This is a magical place. If you choose to come here, do so with an artistic attitude towards live and your visit and you will be handsomely rewarded."
"Sis and I arrived a few hours prior to check-in time. Warmly greeted and offered coffee, juice and fresh native fruit. Delicious. Our rooms were ready and we were able to occupy them. No A/C, but leaving the doors open there was a nice breeze and sounds of the ocean waves. Early to rise with the local roosters; but refreshing sound compared to the city noise. Older accommodations; but clean. Enjoyable stay. "
"Sweet couple run this place. They were so kind and helpful. Took me to the store twice!!! Brought chocolate croissants on my 1st morning The cabin was clean and a basic kitchen and dining table so meals could be prepared. The snorkeling right off the shore and out to the orange bout to the east was amazing. I loved just hanging out and reading and sunning in the garden but I do recommend having a car. I never saw a mosquito or had any bug problems outside or in the cabin Very clean and well kept"
"All problems we had at the beginning (unclear directions, bad smell in room, non-working light and hair dryer) were all fixed within 24 hours. If you want/need to stay in the area, it’s a good, quiet accommodation, but otherwise Tahiti-iti doesn’t have a lot to encourage multi day exploration. "
