Villa Samui is a fantastic house located in Montechoro, Albufeira, with excellent amenities, such as a large garden, private pool, and a privileged location, close to all the facilities you may need during your holiday.



The property accommodates 12 people and has 5 bedrooms. On the first floor, there is a double room with a private bathroom and access to a wonderful terrace overlooking the pool. On the ground floor, there are the remaining 4 bedrooms: 3 twin rooms (2 with private bathrooms) and a room with 2 twin beds and a bunk bed (accommodates 4 people), as well as an additional bathroom.



The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking at home, with a breakfast table and appliances, including a refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, and toaster. The living/dining room is comfortable and bright, with large sliding doors leading to the wonderful garden and pool area.



The outdoor area is one of the highlights of this beautiful property, with an excellent private pool, sun loungers, barbecue area, and an outdoor dining space where you can enjoy your meals outdoors.



The centre of Albufeira is a 15-minute walk away, where you can find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, and banks. Other points of interest are the Albufeira Strip, with all the best bars and nightlife in the city, and the historic Old Town of Albufeira.



The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season).

If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated.



This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost).



Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed.



Group deposit: € 250 per guest (payment by credit/debit card).



Please note that the occupancy for this property is 12 guests
