With stunning sea views and proximity to an extensive stretch of sand, it is the ideal location for seaside walks and water activities.The villa offers 5 spacious bedrooms: on the first floor, 2 double-bed rooms (one with a private bathroom) and 2 rooms with single beds, as well as 2 bathrooms. On the lower floor, there is another double-bed room with a private bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped, with a fridge, microwave, oven, stove, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee machine, toaster and a dining table for group meals.The property includes a games room with table football and table tennis, free Wi-Fi and a sunny outdoor swimming pool, surrounded by grass and equipped with a traditional Algarvian barbecue. Villa Mauritius is fully walled, with a gate leading to the entrance area and an annex with a bathroom supporting the pool.It is not necessary to rent a car, but if you prefer, we’re happy to assist with booking upon request. We can also help arrange transfers if needed.If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. The changeover day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). There are some restrictions for group bookings. Please note that the occupancy for this property is 10 guests.The 11th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
