Staff in the reception was really kind, in some other areas not so helpful. This hotel is on the beach amd has great food options. A beach bar and an indoors bar. An olympic size pool and a kids pool. I got upgraded to a villa with it's own lounging deck and infinity pool! It was amazing! This is more of an adults hotel but there were families there. It is a top class hotel. The drinks were top quality for an all inclusive hotel. Its advertised the hotel as being on a white sandy beach with an exclusive beach bar, complete with photos suggesting exactly that. In reality, there is no exclusive beach bar and the nearest beach is public, rocky and nothing like the images or description (it’s a vile beach).
