"Great communication from the host. Family of four with 2 dogs for a Thanksgiving getaway. We enjoyed the outdoor fire pit, outdoor kitchen for grilling, walks with the dogs on the 18 acres and fishing in the pond. Home was very clean and spacious and we enjoyed cooking family meals and relaxing on the huge leather couch. There are plenty of grocery stores and food locations within 10 minutes and we enjoyed a quick trip to Rickwood Caverns. Quiet and relaxing stay both indoors and out."

"Very clean. Plenty of towels, shampoos, supplies in general. Plenty of parking. Convenient to Oneonta attractions.There was some confusion about check in, check out times. When we booked the house, stated times were check in: 3:00 and check out: 11:00. Upon arrival, we were informed those times had changed to 4:00 and 10:00. Owner honored original times."

"First- I saw the low review below and can say that the person had no idea what they were talking about. I read the listing AND the website- it was fully up front about the property being somewhat off grid.We stopped here briefly on our way back home. It was such a wonderful experience! I would definitely go back. The translucent roof was amazing. The creek is absolutely peaceful. I loved sitting out there that evening/next morning just listening to the birds. There are all the creature comfort amenities you need inside the house (coffee maker, wifi, microwave, toaster oven). The decorations in the house are fun- we felt like every time we looked at the wall, we found something new and interesting. This is kind of close to a busy road during the day so be mindful if you have dogs with poor recall. I'm already discussing coming here for a girl's weekend! Thank you James!"
