“On street parking is fairly easy to find. You will hear music from the businesses around. Cool neighborhood with vintage and antique shops galore. Good beds. One bedroom is downstairs. ”

“The condo is very clean and is close to restaurants and shopping. I had no washcloths and when I contacted the property manager I was told someone would bring them and they never did. I did a load of laundry on the last day of my stay and when I went to put my cloths in the dryer I found towels and washcloths half dry in the dryer. The TV did not work during the entire stay. There are 3 WiFi networks to choose from and none of them would work on the TV. The WiFi would go in and out of service on……

“We lived in the Tacoma area many years and knew of the mental illness/homeless problems. Thought it had improved somewhat. Clearly not! Behind us the Fawcett building appeared to house many mental health victims who were out and about causing unsafe conditions. GGuestsGuests”

“Traveled from Tulsa to Tacoma for a week's stay and so enjoyed the proximity of this location as a hub for our PNW day-trips, e.g., Port Orchard foot-ferry to downtown Seattle, Owen Beach, etc. Also, we found access to downtown rail, bus and trolley system just a quick/short walk. Hospitality: Host made the check-in process easy, communicating early and as needed over the course of our stay. “This room is one of four (from my perspective) 1bd spaces on the basement of a large house. It’s fairly private, cute and modern. The rooms are clustered together, so it’s not ultra quiet. The neighborhood is charming and location is very convenient to Ruston way (waterfront options) and downtown. We would stay here again. ”

“As the Momma to 3 grown kids who are all married and some with kids of their own, we can rarely all get together. But each summer we spend a weekend together. This year was the best place by far. We loved the pool, clubhouse, and the beach. The house itself was clean and provided us with enough room. We took long walks everyday and several of us commented on how it felt like being in a lovely state park. I highly recommend this place!! My only suggestion is to be sure you have Check-in……
