Starting Christmas 2025, we will have a new kitchen island and a 90-square-meter living room on the first floor, new floor-to-ceiling windows, new LED lighting, a new 100-inch TV and a new 4K projector in the living room, a fireplace, and another pergola on the front terrace, in front of the new living room. All of this will be available by Christmas 2025.

Here we find a home theater, a bedroom, two bathrooms (one indoor and one outdoor to serve the pool), a kitchen, an outdoor shower, and a barbecue area, as well as a large outdoor movie screen (200 inches) for unforgettable evenings.
On the first floor, there is a 55 m² living room, two bedrooms, a 35 m² kitchen island, and a bathroom, all surrounded by spacious terraces.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms with three bathrooms, all en suite.
In the tower, there is another bedroom with two single beds.
