Thank goodness my dau speaks German, had internet access on her phone and the skills to locate the owner who gave her the passcode to get the room key out of lock box. "We knew the restaurant wasn’t going to be open as we were staying on a Monday, what wasn’t expected was that the hotel reception would close by 5pm and breakfast wouldn’t be until 8am. The room was lovely and clean. The area was the same. But a hotel should have 24hr reception and breakfast from 6am on weekdays. "
