This bright penthouse overlooking the Mediterranean Sea in Altea on the Costa Blanca is located just 100 meters from the beach.

It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, a spacious living room with sea views and a wonderful terrace with barbecue and 2 sun loungers and a large table. Perfect to enjoy pleasant evenings with family or friends with a beautiful view.

From this very central penthouse you can reach restaurants, bars and supermarkets in less than 5 minutes walk.
