Only one small issue and that was getting into the building for the first time, once in the building it was easy to access during the stay with the key fobs provided for access and parking. Very nice building located within walking distance of everything downtown Des Moines had to offer.”

“This property was excellent! Great location, clean and tidy, great amenities! Walking distance to restaurants. Short drive to many attractions and historical sites. Great rooftop patio with views of downtown. Very quiet area. We loved our 3 day stay and would stay again!”
