"My colleague and I had rooms on the first floor/ground level -- both rooms had a bad smell (mildew, animals, maybe stale cigarette smoke, a combination of all of this), and both of us had dampness on all the floors and surfaces. The rug in my room was entirely damp, and the tiled floors were slippery ..."
