This is more of a backpackers vibe. We booked a whole room for a family of 4 (it had 3 bunk beds and a queen bed). Continential breakfast is provided, abd while average , its not bad for budget accommodation. Edit picton is the other place we stayed that might be more suitable for families. This ...

Reasonable and quiet !
Although the reception is not opened for 24 hours, the duty staffs were helpful and friendly. The location of the hotel is a little bit far from the ferry terminal, it is still OK because Picton is safe even we needed to walk in the darkness between the terminal and the hotel. House was warm and cozy. Reminded me of my childhood holidays. Only real issue had, was with wifi connection in and out. Otherwise we all enjoyed our stay.
