Includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including ensuite to master), accommodating 6 people with 2 queen beds and 2 single beds. The delightful space offers polished hardwood timber floors and a light and bright kitchen, living and dining area which provides great bench space and a dishwasher. The games room has a billiard table, or you can snuggle up in front of the wood heater for those cold winter nights. Alternatively, take advantage of the evaporative cooling system for the summer heat. Outdoor living is easy with a great deck and yard - please note, the yard is not currently fully secured. In addition to the numerous Anglesea beach and bush attractions, there are many other family activities available at Bushlark house \- Walk a few metres to the end of the street and see the famous kangaroos \- Go fly a kite on the beach \- Practice your snooker on the 3/4 size table \- Challenge the family to a game of table tennis \- On a clear night look at the moon through the telescope \- Relax on the deck and read a book from our extensive library \- Listen to some classics from the CD collection \- Sit back and listen to the local birds \- Take the bikes (helmets provided) for a spin Pets welcome - secure rear yard Linen not provided - Hire available Strictly no smoking Strict No Party Policy (schoolies, hens, bucks etc) Forced move in days may apply over peak times. If your going to charge these rates please items need to be clean and fit properly (chair coverings), (Attention to detail!) The bathrooms could have been cleaner (mould in plug fittings). Enjoyed the location. Close to gold course (but didn't get to play sadly). Signs of Kangaroos on the front lawn and enjoyed watching them on the golf course. Kids loved playing billiards and table tennis downstairs and bbq on the deck at night was very peaceful. ##### Michael
