"Not the owner fault but the neighbors were slobs. Leave garbage in the hallway, and spilling stuff in the elevator and not cleaning up after themselves. Also the building stunk like pot.The apartment was very nice, but kitchen sink had a smell from not being used enough. Could use kitchen towels and wash clothes. Also could use a bigger fry pan for bacon etc. Overall nice place."

"This small apartment was exactly what we needed for a quick trip to visit our son in Iowa, where he was interning for the summer. The location was excellent with convenient walking access to Smoky Row Coffee shop (coffee in the morning and ice cream at night....yum!).
