The hotel is beautiful and the staff friendly and responsive. Only drawback is the parking situation. Valet is expensive and the public garage not especially convenient.

The room was newly remodeled. It was the most nicely furnished, beautiful, clean, and quiet hotel room that I have ever stayed in. Really outstanding. Parking cost an extra $33, but that's expected downtown and valet service was convenient and quick.

This hotel is so cool. It was the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in and probably the most unique. The quality of every aspect of the hotel was just amazing. I will definitely choose to stay here again if I am ever in Des Moines.
