“We had a delightful stay enjoying easy access to both sunrises and sunsets as well as long walks on the beach. Just sitting on the couch looking at out on the canal is quite a view. We travel a lot and this was one of the best appointed places we’ve stayed. They have thought of everything!”

“Very comfortable dwelling, spacious, and super clean! Great outdoor spaces too - front porch and back deck. And perfect location! Only issue is that we wish we were warned about the construction next door to our unit. Very noisy from 7:30am to 4:30pm weekdays!”

“Great spot a bit busy and noisy at times. The only issue we had was when we went to use the dishes, pot & pans, cooking utencils and flatware we discovered it was all dirty. It was still wet and some still had food residue on it. So to be safe, we had to spend the morning washing everything. I believe the dishes were "assumed" to be cleaned when removed and put away from the dishwasher. An odd thing we discovered was the dishwasher power was controlled by a light switch next to the disposal...

“There aren’t enough stars for this rental! I have stayed in many rentals and this one is, by far, the very best. The condo was so clean and fully furnished with everything needed for the beach, to prepare a nice meal, or to just sit out on the patio and enjoy the beautiful view. The appliances in the rental are top of the line and in perfect working order. It is nicely decorated. The furniture is very comfortable. I felt at home in this rental and will definitely book it again!”

“Perfect location, very clean, owners weren't intrusive at all, didnt even know they were anywhere around. Very nice neighborhood. We rented a golf cart for a few days, and the parking wasnt a problem. However, if there wouldve been someone else at the property, im not sure where we wouldve parked it, due to the designated parking for guests. However, had there been an issue, i have no doubt the owners wouldve been more than accomodating. The view from the living room & bedroom was amazing. Oh,...

“Great location about 5 min drive to north Anna Maria beach or 10 min walk to the bay side for beach. Loved getting to walk to several local restaurants and would definitely recommend trying Ginny’s and Jane E’s for pastries and coffee.”

“We booked this adorable two bedroom duplex for four nights to go to Anna Maria for a family wedding. We had no idea about the island and ended up in the loveliest quiet little neighborhood in beans point. The unit was exactly as it was described and as it looks in the pictures, the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful and I would highly recommend this adorable spot for anyone looking for an affordable, immaculate, quiet place on the island.”

“We enjoyed our stay at Bay - Canal Waterfront! We enjoyed the amenities - the pool is beautiful, large and in the sun all day but plenty of shady areas if you want that too. The kayaks were enjoyed as well and we did have some manatee sightings! We enjoyed the golf cart as well! The layout of the house is 2 separate areas with a full unit on top and on bottom. The only complaint we had which cannot be controlled by the owner is the smell of the muck that congregates at the end of the canal which...
